The location is good right in the old center, easily accessing restaurants, pubs and attractions.

The bedding was not clean and was reeking of sweat, it is very close to a pub with loud parties and because the apartment is sharing space with a shisha pub people were trying to enter the pub using the apartment door. One important aspect is that the only source of heating is the AC. It is a good option for one night stay if you want to be in the center and party but in general it is not an apartment but an improvisation.

This place is a gem in the heart of Baia Mare town. You have everything what you need.

Incredible value for money, a stones throw for the old town square full of top quality restaurants at great prices. This property is for the budget savvy traveller who needs a secure base to which you can explore all Baia Mare and surrounds has to offer.. Although next to a venue, background music level never got that loud to be an issue. Would recommend to an open mind traveller

Although private once in the property, the attached venue has seating for patrons directly out the front, which takes a day or so to get used to, but you are compensated by the low cost of the property.
