Amazing apartment in Rivas, very safe location just close to TICA bus or Central line bus. Also walking distance to Central Park or Iglesia. The owners were very friendly and helpful. You have nice kitchen, free coffee or laundry. Supermarket Maxi Pali is also close to walk there.

Amazing value for money, the place was spotless and everything we needed was there. The host was so kind and attentive and helped organise a taxi to the port for the morning. Walking distance to the square and centre for restaurants and shop. 10/10 stay, we would definitely come back!

We stayed at Casa Arcia in Rivas as part of a quick border run with the family, and it was a great choice for a short stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located for our needs. Pros: ✔️ Clean & Comfortable – The rooms were well-maintained, with fresh linens and good air conditioning, which was a relief after a long journey. ✔️ Friendly Staff – The staff was welcoming and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. ✔️ Good Location – Perfect for a border run, with easy access to transportation and nearby amenities. ✔️ Affordable – Great value for the price, especially considering the cleanliness and service. Cons: ➖ The WiFi was a bit spotty at times, but it worked well enough for basic browsing Overall, Casa Arcia was a solid choice for a short stay in Rivas. It provided everything we needed—clean rooms, good service, and a convenient location. Would stay again if passing through!

The apartment was beautiful and spacious. It has a huge balcony where we sat on rocking chairs enjoying the breeze and sunsets after a long day beach day or a hike around volcanoes. It was a 2 minute walk from a market that had everything we needed and a super market to cook. The park and town center was also a short walk away. The family was accommodating and made us feel at home. Will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend for a local experience.

We had a fabulous stay here! It was the perfect place for our onward travels back to Costa Rica. Arturo and his family are incredibly welcoming and friendly. The apartment is huge, extremely clean and well furnished. It’s located near the park and lots of great restaurants. Highly recommend staying here if you need a place in Rivas. We even got a lift to our bus stop the next day.

We had a one night stay in order to catch the bus to Costa Rica the next morning. The accommodation was very close to the bus stop and supermarket. The apartment was wonderful. It was clean, spacious, got airconditioning and two TVs to choose from on which we could relax and watch Netflix, breaking up our journey to Costa Rica. The hosts were extremely kind, brought us coffee and to top it all off drove us to the bus stop the next morning. I would definitely recommend!

Arturo and his family went above and beyond to ensure I had a perfect stay. I can’t thank them enough. Arturo was so incredibly welcoming and helped me arrange a taxi to the border after my shuttle was cancelled last minute, and did absolutely everything to help me with whatever I needed. The best hospitality I’ve ever experienced through booking.com. Do not hesitate to book this absolute gem of a place. 11/10

Absolutely nothing, it is amazing value for money. The place is huge, it has everything you need. The beds are comfy, the pillows are amazing, I loved Arcia and will be back!
