If you are looking for a bare minimum at a high cost, this place is for you. We enjoyed the breakfast basket. This is not a hotel to bring kids to, I can see this for adults only. The bar area seemed nice.

A few things: Whoever thought to put a huge spigot on the bathroom sink and not make it easy to wash your face has never owned or been to a hotel as a woman. Also, the lack of a washcloth and a hand towel for washing your hands is inconvenient. No ledges or shelves to accommodate the stuff that 2 women bring with them to a hotel. A tall mirror in the room would be helpful especially since we came for a wedding and could use a mirror to see ourselves. The window in my room was partially open the entire time, we heard every car passing by on the main road. The person came to attempt to close the window and was unable to so for both nights we heard the band playing next door and the cars passing by. The bed was the most uncomfortable thing (possibly because of my preference). The bar area isn't open beyond 10 pm on the weekend.

Charming hotel, beautifully designed. We were given a different room from what we initially booked but still loved it. The bed was heavenly, I had an amazing sleep and the breakfast basket was so cute and delicious. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Room is VERY small! No closets or a table or a fridge. Property only offers food baskets and a very OVERPRICED dinner of $75 per person.

Tha bar tender / manager was great

We came up for the Field + Supply makers market Memorial Day weekend. Although a bit far from Kingston we overall l had a great stay. The Lushna cabin in which we stayed our second night was really cool and gave you a lot of serene privacy… loved that they each had outdoor showers and fire pits but were still just a walk down the hill to the lodge and town with a few cute places to eat.

There weren’t many options left for Labor Day weekend when we booked so we reserved the last room available which was in the lodge. It was a cute / clean room but you could hear everything from the lobby, in the halls and the people and pets above us. The staff at the property were very accommodating though and moved us for the second night to one of the Lushna cabins that became available. I would 100% stay again in the cabins. Not sure if the restaurant / bar in the lodge is usually open… they were just doing a BBQ and bar outside up the hill.
