Det såg ut att vara rent på golvet när vi kom på kvällen. Vi sov över bara. Men när vi började städa på morgonen med engångs moppar syntes det väl att det inte var så rent som vi trodde. Damsugaren hade dåligt munstycke utan bra borste och det var svårt att använda den.

There was extra charges for cleaning and towels which should have been added into the amount for the stay. The cutlery was dirty.
