It is an excellent accomodation. I can easily say it is better than most of the 5-star hotels. It is in a small town, easy to access from highway, it has its own secured car park, the room was very cosy, wifi was fast, kitchen was fully equipped with fridge, stove, kettle, etc., kitchen utensils were absolutely brand new and clean.... Owner is also a nice gentlemen, very kind and proactive, speaks Engish fluenly. Overall, I say our experience is 10 out of 10.

The only thing that was a bit annoying is the hot water situation. The hot water at the bathroom is provided by relatively a "small boiler". Consequently, the hot water drains very quickly, and taking shower by all family members could be time consuming (You have to wait for water to heat up).

Good host, handing over a brand new apartment in a nice quiet spot, huge yard available for parking behind the gate was a plus. Good kitchen, AC missing in bedroom. the room was small but we got around, the host was super helpful but gave one bad info about parking in downtown...
