A localização era excelente, e as condições mais do que as esperavamos. Lugar muito limpo e em excelente condições. O anfitrião foi super acessível, muito simpático.Foi tudo 5 estrelas.

L’appartement est super, neuf et propre avec un balcon vu sur le Douro et ses ponts. Belle grandeur et à proximité des restaurants, épicerie et des vignobles. Parfait pour visiter la région. Bien insonorisé. Parfait pour une famille.

Le stationnement est difficile car il y a un garage automobile sous l’appartement, donc souvent des autos qui bloque l’entrée mais super gentil il la déplace lorsqu’on le mentionne.

Die Einrichtung ist neu. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig.

Die Lage. Es ist laut, da es direkt an der Straße liegt. Direkt unter der Wohnung ist eine Autowerkstatt

All new. Lovely bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed/sofa. Had everything we needed for a few nights. Walked to the train station along the road and on our return found a much quicker cut through which can be accessed via some steps a little further down the road.

Not an issue for us as we were there for the weekend, but property is above a garage and parking right outside could be an issue during the week.

Vista muito boa.Apartamento muito confortável e espaçoso e limpeza bem feita. Anfitrião de uma extrema simpatia,e foi muito prestativo,logo no primeiro dia,tivemos um problema com a televisão e foi solucionado rapidamente.

A acesso para quem decide ir a pé até ao centro é feito de 2 maneiras,ou junto à estrada(distancia mais longa e mais perigosa) ou por uma rua (não muito larga) mas com descida/subida bastante acentuada,aconselho para que quiser ir até ao centro ou até à beira rio a ir de carro,a partir da hora que fomos(18H00) havia bastantes lugares para estacionar.

Todo fue perfecto. La casa renovada con una excelente vista al río douro y a las colinas, sumada a la atención y recibimiento del personal. La comodidad de las camas y del sofá eran de otro mundo. Super confortables

Bei den wenigen Kontakten äußerst freundlicher Vermieter. Gute Ausstattung der Wohnung und sehr sauber. Exklusiver Parkplatz. Kurzer steiler Weg in die Innenstadt. Es hat nichts gefehlt.

An der Lage kann man nichts ändern und wer vorher liest weiß es vermutlich: An der Hauptstraße ist es natürlich etwas laut, man wohnt über einer Autowerkstatt, auch die Wohnungen untereinander sind etwas hellhörig. Man erreicht die Wohnung über eine steile Außentreppe.

Qualidade do equipamento e do apartamento. Comodidades excelentes!
