Nothing, the condition of the room was abysmal.

Everything, bed was on bricks, towel rail was broken, shower door was broken, bathroom wall had mildew and the room door was broken

The bed was well made and it was very clean

The receptionist made us wait in the reception area for about 30 minutes they prepared the room when we arrived
