The area, it's safe and quiet

Our reservation was for two guests, however, the room was only set up for one. There was only one set of towels, one fork, and one knife provided. There was no designated space for dirty dishes, aside from the toilet basin, and no rinsing area. The water pipes in the roof made noise throughout the night, disrupting our sleep. Additionally, the room had a strong odor of Lysol disinfectant, and there were no air fresheners available.

The receptionist was very good.

The place was very clean and there was hot water.

It was very cold and the aircon didn't work.There was no dstv or wifi. The amount we paid is the same amount for a room with dstv, aircon and wifi.

Room waa clean on arrival

Only a hand towel in the bathroom. No bath towels. Room was not cleaned for the three days we stayed there. However on arrival the room was clean. Had to request that plate be cleaned. Stafff did not check on guests. TV channels are limited to SABC channels and sports

Quick and easy to book in and out

We didn't have any towels. It was brought to us 20:30. No Hot water on an extremely cold night. The very loud talking, dropping of bottles, showering many times and blowing their noses extremely loud inside to shower, very loud tv etc. from the room next to ours was unsettling. The water pipes made a banging sound every time a tap was opened and closed. We couldn't get any sleep in as they were busy till morning hours and up again before 5. The rooms are not sound proof at all. Almost feel like you are sharing a room with strangers.

Its not looking as the photos, it’s not comfortable and bed was hard
