We enjoyed the location of the unit as it was the last unit in the Estuary. There was a security guard that patrolled so that gave us a sense of security. It was close to the beach so we did not have to walk a long distance to enjoy the excellent weather that we had.

The aircon in the dining area was not working. We had reported it. However, it could not be fixed.

Location on the beach is great. Walkable distance to the local restaurant. Great communication with host.

One bathroom only has a bath, showers would be much better.

"Disappointing"

The location

The Villa has a constant damp smell. Cupboards, bathrooms and linen all smelled damp. Certain areas have mold. Curtains have black mold spots. Bathrooms in need of a thorough clean. Patio has cracked windows and the aluminium window frames all have visible dirt and grime on them. Disappointed at the state which the villa is in. Certainly not worth what we paid.
