The Property is well located and provides good parking. The pool was refreshing and nice. The hotel is not one large house but instead a series of bungalow dwellings on a large piece of slopped property. With several outdoor seating areas, makes for a leisurely stay if the weather is not extremely hot. I assume the dwellings differ in size which accounts for the different price points. The property is privately owned by a nice Turkish gentleman who speaks limited English but was very friendly.

My wife and I rented an expensive room with a balcony which was underwhelming. The old furniture was not very useable, the bed was hard and furnishings dated (And looked nothing like the room in the picture above) The bathroom was very small and exuded an unpleasant smell. The A/C struggled to cool the room because of the extreme heat. Breakfast is not served until 9am so if you are off to Ephesus to see the ruins early, you will probably be out of luck. While the hotel offers safe parking on the premises which is great, finding the right gate entrance and navigating the steep driveway was not easy. If you come here and need to park, contact the owner in advance as exterior entrances and gates are kept locked and the road to the place is one lane. Bottom line? My wife and her sister liked the charm for the place and the owner who ran it. I thought we did not get the value for our money.

Lovely rambling property , scruffy, free running chickens and dogs

Our room was tiny , it was a tiny outhouse , really should not be used as a guest room. It could sleep one at most. There was no room to place our bags let alone open them . No bedside tables or even lamps. Dark austere wood on the walls. A really miserable room - I felt claustrophobic. We told the owner and he said we had booked a “budget “ room and could upgrade if we paid E60 extra. It was already expensive . It’s far higher than I recently paid for a beautiful room in Italy. My daughters had a lovely big room here so I suspect the problem is this one tiny room but it really let the place down .

Very quirky property. Definitely not your classic hotel but fun and very interesting. Great proximity to the village. Owner was wonderful he went out of his way to accommodate us. Breakfast was fantastic!

The steep climb out of the property was a challenge. WiFi did not seem to work at night.

The room was charming, peaceful and delivered on everything we hoped for. Breakfast was fantastic and authentic. The staff were helpful and caring, and we felt comfortable asking questions and getting more information about local area.

Nothing. I would say that there could be more photos of the hotel grounds. The gardens and pool are really pretty, but there weren’t many photos on the website.

This was the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed at in my life! I literally felt like we stepped into a fairy tale story when we arrived. We were greeted at the gate by the hotel owner and he showed us to a cute area in the middle of the grounds to sit down while he got our room keys. While he was getting our keys we were greeted by another gentleman who served us Turkish coffees tight away. There are a few animals on the grounds including beautiful Peacocks and chickens that provide fresh eggs for breakfast and the friendliest and cutest dog around. The staff is extremely friendly and fluently speaks Turkish and English. Our room was so cute, we never wanted to leave the hotel. There are also many fruit trees on the property and we were encouraged to pick what we wanted. The breakfast in the morning had a great assortment of fresh foods and all it was all so tasty. The tea was great too! There is wifi on the property and the rooms have air conditioning and a small refrigerator. The main town area is less than a 5 minute walk down the road and it is filled with wine and food and lots of cool stuff to buy.

An excellent location and a very peaceful and interesting property. The host and staff were very warm, friendly and hospitable. The pool is a lovely feature.

Great full breakfast in the beautiful garden! The house was great. I only stayed one night, but that was a little short for me. I wanted to stay longer!
