ارضاء العمل يجي ان تكون اولى طموحاتكم و اهتماماتكم - للاسف لم نجد هذا عندما ابلغنا عن المشاكل التي واجهناها خاصه تند الاستقبال جلسنا ساعتين و اطفالنا ناموا ف الاستقبال كان منظرا بشع جدا و مؤلم في نفوسنا كاب وام .. ايضا لماذا يتم ارجاع مبلغ التامين بعد 14-17 يوم من تاريخ مغادرتنا - المفروض ايضا السعر يشمل خدمه تنظيف المكان لكن للاسف يجي دفع رسوم اخري .. نشرت اعلان لكم قبل الوصول للمكان لكافه متابعيني ف مواقع التواصل لكن للاسف للاسف رجعت وحذفت الاعلان بعد ما قابلناه منكم كي لا نتحمل اي تعليق سئ من متابعينا ايضا لماذا يتم ابلغنا برساله بتاريخ مغادرتنا قبلها بيوم ونحن نعلم بذلك هذا ينم عن عدم الوثوق بنا و التقليل من تحترامكم لنا .. الحقيقه لن انصح احد بكم او اوصى بكم ..

Location was good

Security deposit was very high and refund takes very late. Would be better to lower the cost and also have the option to do cash deposit and cash refund as bank transfers take time with other countries and extra charges for international banks.
