- Umber (8/5): Overall good stay, but should work on their communication - The room was spotless and very well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable right from the start. The facilities were up to the mark and met all expectations, offering everything needed for a pleasant and hassle-free experience. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel! We had booked the stay for 7 people and were informed that an extra bed would be provided in the bedroom, but it was not arranged upon our arrival. Additionally, the location shared with us via email was incorrect, and the wrong Google Maps link caused confusion and delayed our arrival by nearly an hour past our check-in time. This was quite inconvenient and could have been avoided with better communication. I hope the management takes note of these concerns to improve the experience for future guests.

The cleanliness of the rooms was disappointing, and the building itself appears poorly maintained. There is mold present, paint stains everywhere, and peeling paint throughout the corridors. Overall, the level of cleanliness and upkeep is below expectations.

- Tariq (7/5): It was a good comfortable place to stay for the money - The property was very roomy. The location was on the seafront. It was clean. The parking was easily accessible. The staff were very friendly. The kitchen area was of a decent size. The fridge was also of a decent size. No room serivice included in the price, this had ro be paid for as an extra. The apartment was spacious but needed some maintenance i.e the walls were showing signs of blistering paint probably caused by the location being on the seafront and the salts in the brickwork/ plaster rising to the surface. There was no breakfast hall. The shop that was inside the hotel was expensive compared to others. Which were far away. The TV in the bedroom was only working for Kids tv programmes like kids you tube.

- Volker (3/5): Fürchterlicher Sanierungsfall - Traumlage mit dem Meer auf einer Seite und der Palme mit Sandstrand auf der anderen Seite, schöner Pool. Es muss beim Starkregen in 2005 massiven Wassereinbruch gegeben haben. Gammelige Klimaanlage, Schimmel in den Ecken, Schmuddlflecken auf den Möbeln, völlig kaputte, früher bestimmt schöne, Verkaufsfächen, das Gebäude muss abgerissen oder kernsaniert werden. Hatten zwei Nächte gebucht und bezahlt und sind nach einer Nacht wieder abgereist. Schade, die Location ist phantastisch
