Guests highly rate the modern and comfortable hotel and frequently praise the perfect breakfast.
The front desk lady - Tatiana, was very rude, unprofessional and not polite at the check out trying to charge me for unused services. I was shocked on her behavior and the way she taken to me. Same behavior she had with me other 3 business friends!!! The hotel was full of noisy, smelly and hungry wrestlers.

It is a nice hotel, well equiped in good location, about 10 min by taxi from the airport, 30 min by tram from the centre. Not much in the lkcal area though.
Habitación amplia, bien decorada y muy silenciosa. Se ve todo muy nuevo y limpio. La única pega es que está a veinte minutos en tranvia (líneas 7 y 9) del centro. Eso sí, tienen la parada en la misma puerta del hotel.
Todella siisti hotelli lähellä lentokenttää. Hotellin lähistöltä löytyy mm. puistoja, kauppoja, ravintoloita, kauneushoitoloita ja ratikkapysäkki.
Overall i can give 9 out of 10. Room was pretty clean that is the most important thing. Also hotel is not far away from downtown. It takes 15 min ride. Some good restaurants around however bed was not comfortable. Otherwise i would have give 10 out 10. But highly recommended
