Wir waren zufrieden.
Leider war mein Aufenthalt nicht erfreulich. An allen drei Tagen gab es kein warmes Wasser am Morgen beim Duschen. Es wurde mit einem technischen Fehler abgetan, aber der Wasserdruck war einfach zu niedrig am Morgen und es kam kein Wasser in den 8. Stock. Beim Öffnen des Hahns wurde Luft angesogen. An allen Tagen gab es bei meiner Beschwerde ein ungläubiges Gesicht und noch nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung. Auch wurde nichts angeboten, wie z. B. eine Erstattung oder ggf. ein kostenloses Frühstück etc. oder zumindest eine Entschuldigung. Während des Aufenthaltes gab es eine kleine Messe, die Feier am 2. Tag war leider bis Mittgernacht im 8. Stock zu höhren. Es gab zwar Roolmservice, aber das Bettdeck wurde nur glatt über das Bett gelegt, weder das Lacken nachgezogen noch so wie beim ersten Betreten des Raumes gemacht. Im Bad befanden sich noch viele Haare vom Vormieter. Generell macht das Hotel einen guten Eindruck aber die kleinen "Unsauberkeiten" und das fehlende warme Wasser macht es letztlich nicht empfehlenswert. Auch der Parkplatz war eigentlich kostenpflichtig, nur weil ich vorab zufällig den Newsletter abonniert habe konnte ich kostenlos parken.
From the moment you enter the hotel, you are relaxed. The piano palyer in the open lounge, the nice decor through to the very welcoming staff. The rooms are very nice and clean. Modern and bright rooms make it a great place to stay. I will come back here when I am done humanitarian work in Ukraine 3 weeks from now.

Ogólnie cały hotel zasługuje na pozytywną opinie,zastrzeżenie mam tylko do obsługi przy śniadaniu.Godziny śniadania to 6,30 -10,00.problem w tym,że o godz.6.30 obsługa dopiero wykłada dania do konsumpcji,co zajmuje dodatkowo 15-20 oczekiwania,jeżeli nie dają rady to powinno śniadanie być od godz.7 a nie 6,30 i to by załatwiło sprawę,Hotel ładny,czysty,pokoje ok

Dejligt godt beliggende tæt på busser og metro. Dejligt det ligger lidt udenfor centrum, men stadig kun 10 stop med metro fra centrum. Meget lydtæt. Intet kan høres.
Dejligt hotel. Lige ud til busser og sporvogne, så meget nemt at komme rundt. Ingen støj overhovedet på værelset. Vil klart anbefale det.
Hotel położony niedaleko lotniska i parkingu LOT. Pozytywna ocena.
