The Azana Hotel Airport Semarang

Service was decent although little English was spoken. I received room upgrade due to my Genius level.

Small room for value, neighborhood probably not the nicest, toilet produced sewer vapor which was countered by staff with air freshener that gave us extreme headaches with no air options (window no open and it just recycled thru AC). We had to prop door open. Pool is a joke.

Bed/linen okay. Fairly quiet street/traffic noise. Staff gives some effort. Good enough steak dinner.

Lack of English spoken. Pool is a joke. Sewer smell vapor up in toilet (no ventilation. Lukewarm shower. Don’t wait for free breakfast as only scraps left. AC struggles.

Coffee Mugs were not cleaned daily and a replacement was not initially provided. Had to bring own toilet tissue. Room Cleaning stops at certain time of the day.

We didn't have breakfast as we had an early flight, they offer shuttle service which is a great plus!

There was nothing I didn't like.

This is purely transit hotel. The location is near with the airport. Stayed for just one night, and since I have to depart early, I did not try their breakfast. The room itself is a very standard room. Nothing special, only standard amenities provided, however no issues with the room.

We had transit to the hotel for an early flight. However the stay experience could have dine better. The distance of Hotel and airport were close enough, you just need to spend 15 minutes or less to reach there and they also providing free shuttle which was amazing! The improvement were during our arrival, the lobby feel warmer than outside the hotel it self. The key reader at the elevator weren't work. The staff had to assist us with his master key and mention us to use another elevator. Later when we were going down, we tried 4 of the elevator and our key doesn't work at all, hence no one at the lobby by the time till we wave at the CCTV then the team is approaching to assist. One of ridiculous was the FBM office way easier to find rather than our room. We look the room for sometime till we found the location which we need to go behind the counter, accessing the gym, then violaa our only 2 room located. Lastly. In the picture our room type shows window which we booked as for it. Unfortunately, it wasn't have window at all. Reception was mentioned that those room type are not having a window and only the above category has. I mean, than better to remove from the OTA and give clarity.

Rooms are decent but the facilities at the hotel are limited. REstaurant and sky bar had no personell when we wnated to go for a drink or something to eat. Just for overnight stay to get to the airport OK but next time I would spend a bit more money for more facilities.
