The Azana Hotel Airport Semarang

Hi All, I've tried to stay in this hotel for my not-so-year end trip to Semarang. I booked 3 rooms (309,310,311) for 1 night and checked in around 9.00 pm. The check in process was so quick (this is the + point), and the explanation about the facilities was OK. As a three star hotel nearby the airport, the facilities is super but some of failure happened in my room (#311) that the water heater and AC were not working properly. For the AC, I had called them twice, yet I need to sleep like only using a fan instead of. The pool was so tiny, only kids can access the pool since they dont have any sun lounger next to the pool. Breakfast was so good. Taste good and nice ambience. They do not provide any public computer / business centre, so I think as the hotel nearby airport, they should provide it. Last but not least, you can give a try to this hotel.

Located beside a busy elevated road on a 5 way crossing with an ugly grimy road view and no grounds, courtyards. It is a crappy airport hotel with no lounge or restaurant. There is no where to sit or go aside from your room. It has a glass smoking room in the lobby that wafts smoke into the foyer Incompetent staff that are unable to book a taxi

I stayed here as it was across the road from the hospital I was in town to visit. The rooms are ok. Clean and serviceable with WIFI. Breakfast was Indonesian and passable but the breakfast room is depressing with a view over the freeway. View image attached. BUT There is no restaurant and no food near by at all. The lobby is very small with a smoking room at the end (image attached). The smoke from that room permeates the lobby. The lobby is hot with the sun hitting the windows and the disgusting smell masked with some stayed scent is floating making it hard to breathe. The place is close to the airport but with nothing in walking distance you need to jump in a cab anyway ...

This my second chance to stay at this hotel, room is spacious and clean, they provide a various selection of breakfast and the taste is great. I will come back with my family, really enjoy to stay cause the bed is comfort !!!

During meeting at thus hotel, my team need a break found deliciouse meal with creamy coffee. Good sleep in modern room with clean linen. In the morning enjoy delighthful all breakfast menu with city panorama

Spacious room, great bed, friendly staffs, breakfast has a lot of options,Compare to the price, its so great !!! Worth it to stay here. Good location. Easy to access any place. Airport transfer facility

What a wonderful experience in Semarang, for me this is one hotel i can earmark for streetfront & Airport luxury romance. It embodies javanese style with a cool dose of Semarang excellence. Thanks for the enthusiasm service from all the staffs,.. how it makes customers feel and part of that is the notion of the local context what this hotel has, I had such a wonderful time,.. It's really great hotel I'm going back for three nights on December, this is a fantastic hotel

It’s my first stay at Azana Hotel, I stayed for 1 night, the hotel is nice, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was cozy. The food for breakfast has not much options, yet, it was surprisingly taste great. I’d love to stay here again wen I visit Semarang.
