3 days before coming they asked me to be in their other apartment, The other one was in center of the city. Photos were fine. Location was great but place was dirty and very, very cold. Apartment smelled terrible of cigarettes. I was not able to bread. So, I changed location and payed other apartment. I will never again go to that place.

It was very nice and good experience. Manuel, the manager was very kind and patient, I supposed to arrive at 12 but I was half an hour delay and he was there waiting very welcoming and helpful.

It was very clean, good location, they were accommodating with an early check-in, they had extra adapters and extension leads in the common area, nice bathroom and shower, great facilities for a shared space.

The apartment is lovely, with a big common space. It is located close to the town centre but at the same time in a nice quiet area with lovely coffee places. View from the room, private balcony - that's what you need to relax after exploring beautiful Bergamo❤️
