Very friendly host, the room meets expectations very well

The cleaning team made a lot of problems and degraded the overall experience significantly

Location, Beds were comfy but a bit noisy, kitchen, washing machine and laundry rack, was really ok if you stay for a few nights, very quiet house

Bathroom could have been more clean

the property was very close to the old town and not far from Citta Alta about 15 minute walk from the main bus and train station the beds were extremely comfortable

If you want to feel like a student (again), this is the place to be - whether you go for a private bathroom or a shared one. This is no hotel or B&B, not even a hostel, but that doesn't have to be a bad thing, especially if you like the freedom that comes with your own (shared) apartment, incl kitchen and living room. The location is good, wifi worked fine, and Manual (our host and airport ride) was friendly and informative.

The place looks better on the pictures, in the current condition it really needs some love and care! Broken things that aren't repaired, limited/missing items in the kitchen, a somewhat moldy shower (that takes forever to heat up) - it just doesn't add to the holiday experience, which is a bit of a shame. The beds were just alright (not great), and the room on the street side especially came with quite some noise.

Cosy and great located apartment. Enjoyed my stay.

The building is a little bit noisy and also the city can be a bit noisy. But it's what you can expect in a city :)
