Excellent location and great. Home from home

We would have preferred harder mattresses ( our taste)

We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean, tidy, and very well-maintained. The space was warm and inviting. Everything was prepared to ensure comfort and convenience.

I am very disappointed regarding the conduct of your hot tub cleaner during our recent stay. The cleaner displayed a shocking lack of professionalism by expressing anger about the state of the hot tub and questioning how long we would be staying. While such comments are inappropriate on their own, his behavior took an even more distressing turn when he began imitating my native language in a mocking manner, which came across as blatantly racist. This made my family and me feel deeply unwelcome and uncomfortable. As paying customers, we expect respectful and professional service, not judgment or discrimination. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and warrants immediate attention.

Heating controls were poor....downstairs bathroom....unable to regulate heat or in the dining room.

Had everything we needed, was clean and warm with plenty of space for everyone to sit and socialise in the evening.

The property was great for a family get together. The Location is perfect. Quiet but just a short drive away you can either be In Aberystwyth and or at many of the not too far away beaches. The size of property and the layout works well and the beds were comfortable. The House is well equipped and when fully open the site has plenty of facilities. The hot tub was lovely and well maintained.

Some of the site, property and contents definitely need to be looked at, updating/ renewing or repairing. The house needs a welcome pack with all the house and site information. How to and where to find. The pool was closed for the season, although it was a school holiday and the weather was very mild.

The hot tub and swimming pool was great for all the guests, it was quiet, but that could have been the time of year. The location was good for Aberystwyth and we had a nice afternoon browsing there Bedding and towels were lovely and beds comfortable.

The level of cleanliness could be improved and I think the owner should check the accommodation as there were no light bulbs in the bedside lamps in one bedroom so had to borrow one from another. One wall light not working in the sitting area, The seating in lounge could do with an upgrade as it was a corner and it was coming apart and we could not get the recliner to work(but not a big issue) and you disappeared into the back when sitting. There were 11 of us and as we only had a 2 slice toaster it meant a lot of waiting for toast. My granddaughter likes a pancake and although it's not vital it would have been nice to have a whisk and a new wok. The house could do with a little TLC ready for next season
