Spacious space for eight adults and two little children, nice facilities. The hot tub was amazing!

We had to ask for some basics that seemed to have been lost, like a mop and cloth to clean spills. It would be good to put the house number in the directions to make it easier to find.

We loved: How the garden was closed off for the dogs to move around safely. How each bedroom had their own bathroom. There is plenty of seating for big groups. Hot tub and BBQ for yourselves. How close the property is to lots of activities to do. Public pool to use. Fans in all rooms

Property next doors BBQ is between and under our windows which meant having to close all windows due to the smoke. Cotbeds we're a little rundown and could do with a clean/update. Door didn't lock very well.

Loved the house. hot tub and pool. House was perfect, with plenty of room for the 10 of us. Staff were amazing and came out twice to help us unblock a toilet and re set the tv channels for us. Hot tub was cleaned when we were there.

Well equipped, had everything we needed. very spacious and loved that every bedroom had its own en-suite.

The downstairs was quite tired. Better than what we expected after reading the reviews on cleanliness. I just think the doors and windows were in need of some tlc.

We were asked last minute if we would stay next door as Brynhyfred had been double booked by booking. com. The property was adequate to our needs although rather tired and in need of some declutter furniture wise. Our main disappointment was the fact that the hot tub was not working and the climb up to it on steep slate steps was very dangerous! Families be aware of the dangerous children's play area with uneven surfaces and shattered glass.

The hot tub and the view made the holiday. Lovely and peaceful, and very spacious.

Normally coffee and tea are supplied, but in this case there was none. And dishwasher tablets weren't supplied. So that would be a nice added extra. Also information manuals would be nice

Lovely location, lots of parking and lots of space for us and our 2 dogs! Beautiful views, very accessible to Aberystwyth town by foot if you like to walk- we walked to the nearest pub which was about half hour on foot! I would stay here again subject to things being changed.

Cleanliness wasn’t great- old food/bits/rubbish down the sides of the sofa. Had to re wash saucepans/frying pans etc because they had old oil and left brown water in the cupboards. First bedroom upstairs on the left- shower freezing cold. Arrived the Friday- hot tub was cold (reported to who I believe was grounds manager) and jets didn’t work, jet covers floating about and back rests were also floating about- overall a broken down hot tub. 2 dishwasher tablets provided only- not great when we had to re wash most of the dishes which actually resulted in us leaving some dishes to which we apologised to the cleaning lady before we left- she was very lovely! Bedroom on the left upstairs had a double bed and 2 single beds pushed together at different heights- then to top it off, the mattress was broken and so old you might as well sleep on the floor to avoid just falling through. Little things not provided like foil or baking paper. Need bigger glasses as well. Saucepan and lids don’t match either, and sharp knife has snapped at end which isn’t ideal. Tried messaging host way in advance of arriving- multiple messages sent with no response until the day of arrival- felt like a cop out to be honest. Booking.Com says check out is between 10:30-11am, owner said we had to be out by 10:30 because she’d already booked the cleaner- this should be changed on the website as it is misleading. Lack of communication generally was off putting.
