"Run down but the rooms are very clean"

This hotel is run down and pretty bad. I’m surprised it’s still got a Best Western rating. The room, however, was very clean but the lobby, hallways and breakfast area are dated and run down. My feet were sticking to the floor in the breakfast area. I wouldn’t stay here again. I’d spend the extra money and stay at the Hampton Inn instead.

It was reasonable and the staff was lovely.

It is supposed to be a Best Western but it isn't omn thier website - so that was weird. And our room was very clean, but our coworkers had some bug issues....

"Booked for 3 nights but checked out after 1"

Check in was really quick and easy but we ended up leaving after our first night because the hotel was disgusting. Our bed sheets had a mysterious stain that looked like blood. The shower curtain had stains on it too. Housekeeping is only available upon request instead just being a given. We had to go to the lobby to get clean towels. The bathroom is super small, so small that the sink is actually located outside the bathroom. The walls are paper thin and our neighbor kept us up all night talking on the phone. The pictures of the hotel were taken right after a renovation, so it doesn’t look exactly like what you’re seeing. The SureStay is very budget friendly, but keep in mind what that means you’re getting. We ended up going to the Hilton down the street and it was way better.

"Staff was great it was peaceful just wish we had our handicap room we paid for and meat in breakfast"

Breakfast was great but needs a protein. A different Variety wouldnt of food wouldn't hurt. Change it up a bit. Staff was great. It was peaceful.

The only thing we didn't like is there was no meat with breakfast. Some people like myself is low carb so I couldn't really eat the breakfast besides eggs and coffee. The room we asked for was handicapable and we didn't receive that. My fiancé is in a wheel chair and the bathroom was hard for him.
