They put me in a room with 2 tv remotes to a tv that doesnt work! If they had told me when I checked-in I would have been okay with it but asked for a discount. They did have another room they gave me after I was settled in my room.

Bathroom was dirty, shower was clogged, toilet seat was broke, window blind was broken … and my wife tripped on a crumpled up piece of carpet in the main walkway when we were leaving. Also the three days we stayed there … our room was never cleaned. I requested for two days to get it done .. but was never taken care of.

"Economy stay near Presque Isle"

Easy location in Presque Isle to stay and close to downtown area. Quick and easy checkin process.

Terrible food smells in the second floor hallway made the initial arrival challenging - thankfully it wasn't in my room. The TV was not functional and frozen on an open screen so couldn't be used. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom and no backups in the room.

"Clean and reasonably priced. "

The only reasonably priced decent hotel in the Presque Isle area. I’ve stayed at every hotel in Presque Isle and Caribou and determined it’s not worth trying to save money at the cheaper hotels and Hampton Inn is grossly overpriced. The rooms are clean and the service is good. My only complaint is the uncomfortable beds. I will continue to stay here anytime I’m working in the area.
