Property Notes

A damage deposit of €150 will be required on arrival. It will be done by credit card. It will be returned to you 14 days after check-out. The deposit will be returned in full by credit card once the accommodations has been reviewed. A charge of €60 is applied to the deposit if the cleanliness of the accommodations is not correct (garbage without throwing away, dishes to be washed) Verneda accepts pets for an additional fee, except in the Humarau apartment. On the condition that pet is never left alone and pet is always on a leash while she walks around the Verneda Camping Mountain Resort facilities, respecting others.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Estancia de relax y mucho encanto."

El entorno y el propio camping son preciosos y además está en muy buena ubicación para visitar la zona. Las chicas de la recepción fueron muy majas y el bungalow muy cuidado. Un camping muy tranquilo y con mucho encanto.

Que en el piso de arriba del bungalow hacía mucho calor y eso que era mayo. Echamos de menos opción de restaurante o cafetería.

"Ubicación preciosa, pero mejor evitar temporada baja ."

La cabaña está bien de tamaño y la habitación y baño son amplios. También tienen todos los enseres de cocina que puedas necesitar. La ubicación al lado del río es preciosa para dar paseos

Aún siendo finales de mayo no hay ni siquiera un bar o cafeteria donde tomarte un café, lo cual hizo la estancia un poco "triste", nos sorprendió pq veníamos de otros campings de la zona donde ya estaba abierto todo. Al hacer el check in pedimos antes de entrar si podían retirarnos la cuna portátil que habían puesto por petición nuestra con un sobrecargo de 15€, y nos sorprendió que nos dijeron que no, cuando no habíamos ni entrado todavía y se pliega dándole a un botón :-( . Es un detalle tonto que puede hacer perder satisfacción de cliente
