Hamanoyu

Everything! The room we stayed at had a beautiful view of the lake. The onsen was wonderful. Sumire, the staff that served our dinner and breakfast was great and the food was both delicious and beautiful.

Staff was great, female staff went above and beyond to accommodate our friends who had different arrival times and gave a a ride to a local store. She was very attentive and the on site bar/restaurant "Iori" was great serving excellent food and cocktails

Due to heavy snow the internet was almost unusable for work, this was an issue but we managed.

The hotel is near the lake. It's an old style and has a charm. The staff are very friendly and nice

The first room we got was really bad, small and in a corner with mold on the ceiling. We complained and they quickly changed our room and gave us a Japanese style room. It was better but still a bit outdated

Outside bath. Large room. Great location near train station and also lake. Amazing breakfast.

The onsen was very enjoyable with excellent water quality. Hotel location was near a good collection of restaurants and the train station.

Ther room was rather old. There were a few mouldy spots in the room. Cleaniness was not the best

Very luxurious and comfortable. Loved the foyer. And the onsen.

For a westerner the breakfasts were not familiar as they were traditional Japanese. We would have liked a continental option.

The room was comfortable and the onsen was great. Staff was helpful. Parking was easy.
