We were self catering.The facilities was really good, the property sent messages to let us know everything was ready for our trip, any worries I had they assured me it was ok which it was, they were so helpful and were on hand 24 hours a day. Would recommend this property.

The only negative part of our trip was if you don’t have a car it is difficult to get a cab to pick you up and take you anywhere, but saying that the property accommodated us by taking us to where we wanted to go even picked us up from a wedding late at night which was unbelievable.

Very friendly and helpful familiy..Clean and comfortable rooms.There is everything you need.Good wi fi.Clean swimming pool close to the terraces.It is possible to buy fresh bread and pastries because a Baker s van visits regularly .Good AC.Close to a lot of famous Tuscan landmarks.

A very nice place to stay. It was cozy and furnished in Tuscan style. The kids had fun in the pool. The location is good for exploring Tuscany, but a car is necessary because it is outside the center.

This place was so clean and the beds very comfortable. The pool was a nice bonus. WiFi incredible, along with the amenities in the kitchen. Would come back again, and telling my friends about this place. The owner was warm and welcoming.

The location is perfect for short trips throughout Tuscany. Perfect ammenities for long trips such as washing machine, dishwasher and a very complete kitchen. The pool was great for the hotter days and it has good sitting area. The house itself is comfortable and spacious, ideal for 2 couples for example.

Nice host, a lot of space to relax in front of the buildings, a nice swimming pool, the possibility of grilling. A few minutes by car to the supermarket and the train station.

A few little things. One of the bathrooms a bit small, no hangers. In the rooms, not all wardrobes had shelves. It would be useful to review the operation of all doors. The roof on the terrace could be waterproof.

Nice and quiet place with helpfull and unintrusive owner and stuff. Good value for the money.
