Location is good, free onsite parking available, a big comfy bed and a very large shower. Tea and coffee facilities available. The room was nice and clean with plenty of room

Would have liked to control the heating for my own room.

Unfortunately room was cold, radiator wasn’t heating up properly, defected shower head and toilet button

Lovely room with nice kitchenette

Arrived at 6.30pm to a freezing cold room with no heating and both radiators and towel rail in the bathroom turned off - turned them on and no still no heat - rang the number for assistance to be told he would turn the heating up a little bit - also asked for an additional heater to get some heat in the room and told that this was not possibe they dont do that !!!!!! Totally unacceptable to arrive to a freezung cold room - would not recommend and would not stay there again

Access to the property was nice and easy. Good parking on site.

Upon entry walking straight into the WC area was little off putting! The soot from the fireplace laid all over the hearth area. TV controls didn't operate the TV. Heating TRVs did not operate the radiators effectively.
