Beaucoup de poussières dûe aux travaux. La rue est un peu bruyante.

Location is great, self check in was easy. We have stayed here before in the same room, the mattress has been changed since we last stayed and wasnt as comfortable but other than that it was great.

There was flys and bugs all over the room, the water in the shower did not get warm and the shower drain was broken where you could have cut your foot

Booked the room last minute as we were going to Market Rasen races. So handy for cafes, pubs and other places to eat. It’s about a mile away from the racecourse. There was a fridge, microwave and kettle in the room with plates and cutlery. Tea, coffee and milk were supplied together with bottled water. Free parking right outside the door. In a quiet area.

The accommodation was very nice, clean, good facilities and a great location for Market Rasen racecourse. Wi-Fi was ok once we got the details. We would definitely recommend.

Some of the fittings needed minor repairs, hooks and door handles, in particular the front door handle on room No. 1 was loose and the door was sticking and difficult to open. Our first nights stay was very comfortable, but unfortunately we had to move rooms for the second night. Apparently we'd been upgraded on our first night, which was great, but then it was explained that this room was not available for our second night! We did understand and didn't complain, perhaps we should have as it was a bit inconvenient to move all our belongings, even though we were helped. The first room No. 6 was the best and we would book this again in future. There was more room and facilities, especially a bigger more comfortable bed. However, the other room was nice, although smaller! It was just disappointing that we had to move, otherwise we had a lovely stay.
