Lovely self service apartments with new facilities of fridge and microwave - great touch

The location of room and general arrangement was ok.

The heating didn’t work. There was no ventilation apart from an extract fan in the bathroom. When I emailed about the heating I didn’t get a reply. I know it’s May but it happened to be a cool weekend. I didn’t know the Olive would be closed so the website pictures are misleading. The only staff member we met was the cleaner the following morning who was a very pleasant man but of course we were leaving by then.

Very helpful. Very understanding can't fault anything. Had a fridge and a microwave even 2 bottles of water.

No parking spaces outlined which means guests don't use their initiative and park silly 🤦🏼‍♀️ no other issues everything was perfect for what I needed

The room needs a lick of paint and mold removed from bottom of entrance door. Bed was fine and brewing facilities were adequate. Overpriced in my opinion.

I would have liked a blind or curtains up at the door/windows. Too much light came in despite being a fairly dark area.
