"Its THE place to stay in Market Rasen"

Great Location. Easy access for my Elderly mother. Quiet. Price included Convenient onsite Parking . Nice friendly , welcoming staff. Good comms from Owner. All the amenities you need for a short stay. Will be the GO TO place when visiting my family in MR

Try to encourage ANGLE parking. Will make it easier for vehicles to come and go without ( less ! ) shunting. Thats an observation not a dislike.

"Fine for one night"

Easy check in, parking available. Nice to have a fridge and kettle. Shower was really good.

Bed sagged a bit in the middle- must be pretty old. Ad said room had cable TV but my room didn’t, the tv was very old and the guide didn’t work and signal kept dropping.

"Very nice room. Just too warm"

Good room, room was made to accommodate our travel cot.

Heated towel rail was on full heat until the boiler was switched off at around 7pm. Unable to open any windows so room was extremely hot.

Very clean, and host was a good communicator regarding messaging with information 👍

A blackout blind would help with the light in the room in the very early hours in the morning!
