We feel so lucky to have chosen Upstairs Hotel for our vacation, it was like home! - The sweetest host ever! Mrs Arkania gave us very useful tips on how to make our travel experience unique in Tbilisi - The breakfasts are incredibly delicious! We fell in love with the traditional local cuisine - Our room was very clean, tidy, and well heated. - About the amazing panoramic view of the city, I guess the photos will tell a lot :) night sky, city lights, fireworks... just unforgettable We will never forget the warm, friendly greeting of dear Mrs Arkania, the lively chats at the breakfast hall, and the cosy atmosphere all around the place including the lovely orchard. This beautiful place has the soul of Georgia, strongly recommended!!!

Very friendly owner. You can easly comunicate in english and russian. The place is 20-30min walking uphil from Avlabari metro station. You can get there with public bus 576 from Avlabari, which stops 100m from the place - it costs 1 GEL/person. There is very nice view from tarace to whole Tbilisi. Breakfast's prepared by the owner are very good and varied.

Place is remote and thanks to that usualy quiet - unless the neighbors decide to start renovations at night or start to have argument on something in the middle of the night, or their children don't play football until midnight ... still it's quieter than in the center

The host is so great! She wants you to feel welcome and have a good time. The room with balcony and view over Tbilisi City was nice. The rooftop balcony is perfect to have a drink during the evening and look over the city.

It´s quite far from the centre. But with Bolt taxi you don´t lose much time, and it´s quiet during the night.
