"Warm and peaceful hotel on the hills"

Great place to stay on the hill, away from the crowd. Amazing view on Tbilisi from the balcony. Manana the landlady (and her two kids) is possibly the sweetest & most accommodating host in the capital - you can't not feel at home! I will come back for sure. I warmly recommend this place.

Slightly far from major attractions, but very well connected to city center by 3 lines of buses. That is the price of tranquility!

The view from the balcony… Manana is very sweet and very accommodating… staying here is very worth it… didnt have any regret… and would really like to comeback again…

A quiet place where you sleep well. Fantastic view of Tbilisi and Cathedral from the balcony in the room. Delicious homemade breakfast. Very hospitable hosts.
