老闆跟老闆娘服務態度都不錯，很親切也很有耐心。但疫情無提供早餐，無事先告知，附近早餐店也不多，有點困擾。 入住時有告知如果同時間過多房客一同洗澡，水會有忽冷忽熱的問題，但是再怎麼注意，洗頭時還是因為突然的熱水導致頭皮有些微的燙傷，如果有小孩要建議多多注意。

本次的住宿，但是有附設免費的停車，非常適合有車的人，因為停車方便。但是看現場的車位不確定有沒有足夠，建議還可以先電話確認。 以及房間的環境，尚可。空間也不會太小，床是蠻舒服的。但是整體環境是蠻普通，但是離日月潭蠻近的，走路去吃東都也還可以。

一、入住手續迅速簡單，亦不忘提醒早餐用餐時需注意社交禮潔，滿分。 二、飯店旁即是附設停車場。 三、飯店離老街近，步行即可到達。 四、早餐區乾淨整潔，服務人員很用心維護。 五、房型為半湖景，入住時雖是低水位，仍可想像滿水位時的秀麗湖景，下次會再入住。 六、需要租用腳踏車及規劃往九族文化村的都可向櫃臺詢問，優惠票價很實惠。
