"Exceptional"

Although it is a small hotel and old building, the location is excellent. It is at a quiet corner of the town and yet only a 2 minutes walk to the street food vendors area. And,, it is next to the Ita Thoa Plaza that has free traditional dance performance. The terrance on the 1st floor is the best amenity. We have a great time to enjoy the water front quiet time for breakfast.

BEAUTIFUL views! Wonderful staff very friendly even though we didn't speak their language they made sure we had alll information and tickets! Would stay again!

"A conducive and accessible hotel to attractions"

The boss of the hotel is very friendly. We check-in late at 10.30pm and he waited for us and welcome us. He shared with us what are some of the interesting places to visit during the day. The hotel is situated beside the lake and we could see boat and yacht on the lake. The only issue is there is no eatery after 9pm as most shops surrounding it were closed. Nevertheless, the hotel is within walking distance to the jetty and many eateries during the day. Thumb up for the hotel.

"THIS IS A GEM "

this property maybe old... but like their name suggested its a 民宿 to me that means its more local, maybe a guesthouse, someones house... or bed and breakfast.....its definitely not a 5 star in terms of their building. but it is SOOOOOOOOOO CLEAN. and depending on individual's level of cleanliness and i have been told i am a bit of a OCD when it comes to that. and oh my god, their breakfast- dont expect bacon but their local congee with all the condiments its to die for. and what's more? its family own.... from the (whats assumed to be) father to the mother to the son, ALL are sooooooo polite and smily and friendly and they just keep trying to make our stay better. I truly truly enjoy it. and FYI the pic is REALLY just as good as the ACTUAL look and feel. they do have an amazing view and i personally never thought SIMPLE and BEAUTY can go together...
