The room was lively and well located

I left my hair straightener in the bathroom. For 5 days after my stay I tried at least 10 times to call always getting the same polite voice message. No one returned my calls. I tried emailing them multiple times through booking.com and also their direct website. No answer. I even tried to contact before my stay to organise another car park. No response! Extremely annoyed at the lack of communication. I would never stay again and I wouldn’t recommend to friends and family. No customer service what’s so ever. Made the whole experience horrible. Automation is bad for business. Personal service is required.

The location was great. The space and facilities inside the apartment were fantastic.

The black tiles in all showers were stained and looked dirty even though they were clean. The toilet roll holder fell off the wall on first use and we had to fix it ourselves. No beach / sea views.

1 bedroom apartment had 2 toilets and 2 separate bathrooms plus 2 televisions and every mod con you could need. There was also secure parking and keypad access to the building and to the room.

That we only stayed one night.

Great location

I booked a 1 br apartment, but got a huge one with the extra rooms locked. Somewhat overwhelming, not very cosy

Excellent location. Amenities. Spacious. Just beautiful. Easy check in and very relaxing stay. Highly recommend choosing here to stay and will definatley stay again, without hesitation.

Good position , secure and spacious. The beds are comfortable and apartment well equipped.

Very, very noisy!! The open interior space of the building acts like a sound tunnel! You can hear every time others go in and out of their apartment, the door slams and echoes!! Also a large group of males partied all night with music etc, you could hear them dragging the outdoor furniture around on their balcony until early morning. Courtyards and balcony look like they haven’t been swept since our last visit a year ago!
