Great airport hotel!

The hotel itself was nice, the room, the pool, everything was clean, the issues we had were the bed was hard as a rock and not easy to sleep in, we had to ask for more pillows which wasn’t a problem they were delivered straight away, the breakfast was food, plenty of it but let’s say it wasn’t made by a happy person and seemed like it had been there a while, tea and coffee wasn’t great, coffee machines broken so no selection just an insulated jug of coffee and hot water for a tea bag, only one selection for tea bags and no decaf of either, the only complementary tea/coffee was in our room, let’s say it didn’t suit our needs and we won’t be back, plenty of other hotels in the area that like customer satisfaction.

The staff were very friendly

Friendly staff polite and courteous, noticed had to deal very difficult guests at reception.

We go there really late and they were super friendly. The location is very convenient in the outskirts of London near several modes of transportation.

Stayed for less than 24 hours in a triple room, which had 3 twin beds and was spacious, as was the bathroom. Combo bath and shower. Bath slippery. Requested rubber bath mat. None available. These should be provided. Quiet. Did not hear planes. Room had a fridge. The tube was not working so we took the bus, which turned out to be better as it dropped us on the same side of the hotel, whereas with the tube, we would have had to cross a busy road. I had messaged ahead to the hotel and their info was very detailed and helpful, especially as we landed at Heathrow T5 very late. Full breakfast was included and had a wide choice. This hotel met our needs and the rate was reasonable.
