Arctic TreeHouse Hotel

The hotel was amazing, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service. Out of all the hotels I stayed at during this trip, this one had by far the best staff—everyone was incredibly attentive and helpful. They offer a car service that takes you back and forth to the restaurant, and it was always quick and convenient. I also loved that they had a WhatsApp number you could message for anything you needed—they responded almost immediately every time. The included breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had, and dinner at the restaurant was just as impressive. The location is also great, just a short drive from Santa Claus Village. Overall, a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend.

One thing to note is that the stunning, nature-only view shown in the photos is available in just a handful of rooms, so it’s not guaranteed by default. Most rooms have views of other parts of the hotel or nearby rooms. If having that full, unobstructed nature view is important to you, it’s best to request it in advance. If available, the hotel can provide it for an additional charge. I did this, and although my initial room still had a partially obstructed view, I mentioned that I had specifically requested a full nature view. The staff quickly accommodated me and moved me to another room. Once again, the service throughout the stay was truly amazing.

The overall service level exceeded expectations, and the room’s close proximity to the reception made everything very convenient and comfortable.

The sauna took a long time before it was heated. There was no small makeup mirror in the bathroom.

No me resolvieron el problema de internet a pesar que vinieron dos veces. Estaba en una cabaña apartado de la recepción y restaurante . Estuvimos incomunicados todo el tiempo.

Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. We had dinner at Restaurant Rakas twice and the food was excellent. Personnel were very professional. Good experience!

Personnel give the "must to have" information about the property. No much information was given neither about activities to make at the hotel nor outside. The price/quality standard was not in line. We could see the parking slot and a busy road from our nest. It was a surprise that the property was so close to a busy road, and it was not advertised anywhere. Big disappointment!
