Arctic TreeHouse Hotel

Breakfast was lovely, great location for Santa Park, airport and other activities! Reception and door staff are friendly and helpful. Activities booked through the hotel are well organised and very enjoyable!

Management staff at the onside restaurant are very rude and unapologetic. Every single lunch and dinner they forgot drinks and main meals from the order. We did not eat one meal as a family at the same time, waiting up to 20/30 minuets for missing courses. Any additional item you asked for like bread you had to ask for twice and would come after you’ve finished your main meal - not what you expect for £40 a course. There was only ever between 2-4 tables occupied whilst we were in the restaurant so I honestly don’t know how it could go so wrong every single day. This was also the same for all tables around us. This really reduced the overall enjoyment of the holiday as in-between activities long dinners are really the only thing you can do unless you want to pay £60 on a taxi to take you somewhere else. Rooms were cleaned at random times, one night at 7:00pm when we were trying to put our son to bed. Rooms are very small, and very small bathroom.

The rooms were beautifully appointed! And the food in their Raka restaurant was superb.

The experiences offered/arranged by the hotel didn’t meet expectations and were disappointing.

Absolutely everything. The attention to detail is phenomenal. The free activities and equipment provided is just amazing. My daughter and I had the most wonderful stay.

The standard room is small. when you have a child and all the extra stuff you need for a winter vacation it’s even smaller.
