Its almost perfect except that when were about to check out we found out that all our clothes hanging in the cabinet are all wet due to leak form the wall and all around the floor all our luggage are wet good thing we had extra clothes in the car. Perhaps just an oversight on the part of maintennace.

Check-in / Check-out Experience The check-in experience was quick and efficient. the front desk staff were excellent and helpful. Checking-out was likewise just as exellent. Room The room was modern and confortable. We were greeted with a delicious chocolate puff pastry treat and a welcome card. The bed and bed linens were of typical Marriott high quality. The bathroom was a good size with a large shower and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. However, the roon was lacking some standard amenties and features often seem in Marriott properties. "Smart" TVs with YouTube / NetFlix streaming app support is pretty much standard in Marriott hotels. While the TV in the room was large and had a nice selection of cable channels, there was no support for any streaming apps. While a large bottle of water was provided, the mini-fridge was empty and there were no mini-bar drinks or snacks available in the room. A mini-bar menu was provide and a note taped to the refrigerator door instructed guests to call and request delivery of beverages or snacks. This is a terrible process...it is basically room service for the mini-bar! There was an electric water heater and instant coffe packs available. There was also a lack of power outlets near the bed. There were two night stands and only one side had a power outlet. The opposite side only had 2 USB-A plugs. In today's electronic gadget age, this is very limiting. At a minimum each night stand should have had a power outlet. Breakfast The breakfast buffet is usually the hilight of any Marriott or Sheraton stay here in the Philippines. Unfortunatley the Goji Kitchen + Bar was a poor experience. We were kindly greeted to be seated and asked if we would like coffee to drink. That was the last time the wait staff ever communicted with us. We dined for 30 minutes and not once did any wait staff check on us. The food selection was excellent, however the buffett layout caused collisions of diners. I don't think the "traffic flow" for the buffet was well thought out. The entire experience was chaotic and failed to deliver the expected Marriott experience. The buffet was a huge dissappointment. M-Club Lounge I was traveling with an infant and the M-Club restricts entry for children below the age of 11. I made a quck visit in the late evening and found there were very few snacks or non-alchoholic drink options available. I stopped by in the morning and had a coffee. As the family was not permitted due to the infant, I was not able to spend enough time in the M-Club to provide a full review. Final Thoughts If this is the only Marriott property you stay in the Philippines, You will likely find the hotel to be an excellent property. The property is clean and we found everything in working order. If you have stayed at any of the other Marriott properties, you will find that the Clark Marriott does not compare to the Marriott or Sheraton Hotels in Manila in service delivery or value. The rooms, the lounges, and the buffet in the other properties all far exceed what the Clark Marriott has to offer. We were so disappointed, that we checked out a day early.

Our stay at Clark Marriott Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the level of service and attention to detail truly stood out. The ambiance is elegant yet welcoming, and every part of the hotel, from the rooms to the dining areas, was beautifully maintained and thoughtfully designed. What made our experience even more memorable was the incredible team who went above and beyond to make us feel valued and cared for. Huge thanks to Sir Mico, Ryan, Marvin, Railla, Tin, Aldrin, Aaron, Cher Kyra, and Jamaica. Each of them showed genuine warmth, professionalism, and dedication to excellent service. It is rare to encounter such a consistently friendly and accommodating group, and they truly made our stay special. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing the perfect place to relax. The amenities were top notch, and everything we needed was readily available. Dining was also a highlight, with delicious food and great variety. Overall, Clark Marriott exceeded our expectations in every way. We left feeling relaxed, happy, and already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay.

urban coffee’s caffeinated drinks are always the best. staff Arnel service was top notched and very welcoming. however, staff Ron is picky of guests he wishes to serve, only picks out foreigners. even if we are already in front of him, he doesn’t acknowledge us and only acknowledges foreigners behind us.

We spent a lot of our lull time in the Mclub lounge. The Mclub team with Sir Ron, Jon, Leo, Jenine (chef), Jen (chef, Ferdz, Louise, Nicole and Joana did a great job. They are welcoming and very attentive. Food was great as well. Staff were pleasant. The stay was very comfortable and my dad enjoyed it! Keep it up!! Would love to come back. Thank you for your hard work.
