We recently hosted a company event at Clark Marriott Hotel in Pampanga, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The banquet setup was excellent—everything was arranged with great attention to detail, from the room layout to the overall ambiance, which perfectly supported our sessions and activities. The organization and coordination throughout the event were seamless, making it easy for us to focus on our agenda without worrying about logistics. A special mention goes to the team on-site. They were incredibly professional, attentive, and always available when needed. What stood out the most was their responsiveness—any request or issue, no matter how small, was handled quickly and efficiently, with a genuine willingness to help. Overall, the level of service, execution, and hospitality exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely recommend Clark Marriott Pampanga for corporate events and look forward to working with them again in the future.

The room was exceptional

The property itself was great, just wish the underground parking was separate between casino and hotel guests as it was little difficult to find a spot.

Always a restful and calm stay.

There was grouting and painting being done at the property during our stay and the fumes were quite strong in the hallway. This was only temporary and lasted only a day.

I would like to sincerely thank Sir Jojo at the front desk, Sir Alex from the breakfast area, and Sir Parcon from security for their excellent service. I would also like to mention the staff member from the indoor play area—I regret that I forgot her name, but she shared that she graduated from Saint Benilde and that yesterday marked her fourth year working at Hilton. She was very kind and even played table tennis with my wife, which made our stay more enjoyable. Thank you for giving us such an unforgettable experience. Special mention to Sir Parcon—my daughter said he is one of the best security staff she has ever encountered.

The pool was perfect was easy to find.

Clark Marriott Hotel delivered on its promise very well. My stay was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. The staff were very accommodating, the service was excellent, and the food served every day was great. Overall, it really felt like a five-star experience.
