We received the best service and appreciate the start of the fire when we got there

The bathroom was really cold, I would suggest some sort of heating installation in the bathroom

Large, lovely chalets. Very clean. Well-equipped kitchen. Quality linen and bed. Fireplace worked like a charm.

An electric blanket would be great added extra.

What an excellent stay!! Would 10000% come back to this place. It is so nice, very private. All cottages had their own facilities (braai, etc.). We absolutely loved it.

Wifi could use a speed upgarde. Get about 1.9 mb/s

Cozy look and feel. Loved the big tub. Had everything we needed. Fireplace creates a nice atmosphere. It was clean and comfortable. We had a great stay.

Towels had detergent stains on them and very small towels.
