The close proximity to the Blue Gate in Fez medina. The warmth and welcome of the staff particularly Yessin.

The location was very good, easily accessible from the Blue Gate and the stuff’s instructions clear.The size and clearness of the room was very good and the stuff was willing to help.

The room was located in the first floor of the Riad and was very dark without no natural light. The breakfast was average.

It was close to the blue gate and very clean. The staff were very kind and helpful.

The riad provides the epitome of the Moroccan traditional experience. The decor is nicley chosen and exceptionally beautiful. The room was clean and well prepared for our stay. The staff was incredibly helpful and delightful to talk to especially Yassine and Mohammed.

Beautiful riad a few minute away from the blue gate. Staff was friendly and smiley. We were organised a guided tour of the city with a competent local guide. Generous and delicious breakfast served on the rooftop with stunning view on the old town.

Nothing special to report. Maybe, rooms on the ground floor might be noisy at busy times.
