The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file. Set meals are served in guestrooms only (no menus or public dining). The atmosphere was very good. The service was better than standard hotels. The food for dinner and breakfast was not special. The condition of the spa was not good. There were some things in bad condition (interior, shower).

全体的には、大変良かった。 スタッフの対応も素晴らしい。 料理も大変美味しくて量も適量。 ただ、部屋の露天風呂は屋根の梁が外れていて 残念です。また、室外機、給湯器？が見えて 雰囲気が台無し、せっかくなら完全に隠した方がいい。1泊7万超えの値段にしては、今一。 アメニティも今一な感じです。

最初から最後まで、丁寧な対応が素晴らしかった。家族皆んなが大満足でした。 清潔感があり、食事が美味しく、嵐の湯(砂利のお風呂)が良かった。

AMAZING! The staff were incredibly warm and friendly from the time we entered until the time we left. The whole experience was just fantastic. The food and meals were amazing and the water facilities were so clean. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great onsen!
