The environment is clean and neat.

Upon arrival, the receptionist told me my booked room was unavailable. The staff initially told me a price different from the one on my booking because he claimed their dollar rate differed from the current rate. Later, he asked me to pay double the price for another room. You can imagine the stress after a long journey. I rejected the offer. I was later offered a room at a lower price, although higher than my budget. I had to leave on the second day.
