The best feature about this facility was the staff under management - housekeeping and security. They are good and hardworking people.

On Booking.com and in each room mmmHouse advertises credit cards (VISA) accepted. But because conveniently their POS machines didn't work on my two VISAs (one CHASE), they convinced me to wire US dollars out of my bank at a Black Market Rate 30% higher (1200 vs. 780). They assured me the CONTRACTUAL Booking.com Price and Terms/Agreement would be upheld. This all was done in less than 5 minutes; less than the time it took their manager and me to cross the street from a private POS directly in front of mmmHouse's official Zenith bank. It was open, we could have easily gone inside. This was not the manager but mmmHouse (instructions) taking over USD $200+ ($612 vs.$383) because the Niara was falling. When I asked them to return the amount overcharged over our agreement, they lied to Booking.com and said I wanted full reimbursement which was nowhere in our correspondence. THEY made up a 1200 Black Market Rate out of thin air (the BM rate at the time was 980). I had no Niaras and in good faith relied on them. They stole. (I have the POS receipt, my bank statement, their receipt, and correspondences; and will file a complaint.) This was my 17 country over 5 months; most of which Booking.com records can attest to. I always clear my credit cards after all charges to avoid incurring penalties and interest. They were empty. We, Travelers, are not responsible for currency fluctuations; only in the event where we might be trying to unload a boatload of such. I had none. Not enough room to list all my facility complaints: Breakfast - was finally honored after I was told 'Breakfast included' didn't mean guaranteed. AC - only turned are on (remotely) about 25 -30% (generous); Roaches. Water pressure - varies but most of the time at a dribble (verify in comments). For the first three days, I was moved around repeatedly because half of their rooms weren't up or running and a pipe broke. Upgrade? Hardly.

Good location. Ambience was very okay. Room was comfortable. Staff were okay.Cuisine was cool.
