BE AWARE Pureserviced required a deposit of £150 before you arrive which I accepted and paid. This was to cover any damages to the property etc. On our day of departure my 1 year old son spilled a coffee over the sheets on their sofa bed. We cleaned it up as best as we could knowing a good wash would get it out. To my frustration that accidental spillage led to an email from them explaining the bedding had been damaged (mattress protector and covers) beyond repair. Because of this they would be retaining the £150 deposit. Not only is this unjustified as bedding would never equate to that sum but deeply unfair; A decent wash will easily get a coffee stain out. I would be more than happy to do it myself!! In addition the bedding on the sofa bed was dirty, stained and had hair on when we arrived. Photo below. After a complaint with booking.com I was offered just £25 from the company which i denied and in response said they were £125 short. I have given pureserviced many opportunities to respond to me appropriately but they have choose not too. Avoid.

Didn't have breakfast

Code on door didn't always work! Covers on sofa beds were really dirty & full of hair! Couldn't work the oven at all! & the road was noisy& loud music across the road

Everything was absolutely stunning ,perfect location, immaculately clean . Was perfect for mine and my wife's Anniversary. Stunning . Absolutely stunning.

There wasnt anything we didn't like it was spectacular

Very social living/kitchen area was good. Bedroom was big and bed was comfy.

General upkeep of property was poor. Only one extra set of bedding even though there were two sofa beds, which needed rearranging to allow use.

We got out the car with all Out bags and waited outside wondering how to get in them had to make a 10 Min walk to get the keys to get in with two tired kids who needed the toilet was a lot Of stress
