Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Essen im Hotelrestaurant war köstlich und der Service sehr aufmerksam. Danke an Beto und Crew. Die Zimmer sind sehr gepflegt. Grosses Kompliment an die fliessigen Reinigungsdamen, welche zudem auch sehr freundlich waren. Die Lage des Hotels ist Top und der Strandabschnitt des Hotels perfekt.

Wir würden sehr gerne wieder in dieses Hotel gehen, jedoch ist es am Abend sehr laut. Die eigene Bar ist bis 22:30 geöffnet und die Musik ist laut. Früher schlafen gehen geht fast nicht. Eigentlich will man sich in einem so „hochpreisigen“ Hotel erholen können, aber schlafen ist schwierig. Zumal auch immer wieder die Gartenarbeiter in der Nacht oder am frühen Morgen vor dem Balkon arbeiten erledigen (und die Rolle des Wasserschlauch sollte mal wieder geölt werden).

Awesome hotel right on the beach. The room was very spacious, clean and super comfortable and just a few steps away from the beach. The restaurant is a real highlight, personally one of the best in Holbox. Definitely include breakfast there as it’s a superb start of the day. The staff was really amazing, an highlight of the place. We had some uncomfortable smell due to the plumbing system affected by a storm in the island. The staff was very responsive and provided prompt solutions which completely alleviated the issue. I really appreciate when little imperfections are dealt with care and kindness. The location is great, right next to Punta Mosquito, where you can very easily walk. It’s the side of the island less affected by flooding when it rains.

Nothing that we didn’t like. Only thing to mention for other travelers is that the hotel is one of the furthest away from the town center. For us it was a plus as it was more peaceful but bear in mind it’s a 15/20 minutes walk.

Music coming from next door can be loud.

The room and facilities were great! Loved the nespresso machine and the lovely sweet treats we got each night. The breakfast and all food was great. Staff was super friendly and nice. Location was fab.

Nothing whatsoever. I would have liked to stay longer

מקום מדהים! אנחנו זוג עם 2 ילדים קטנים ונשארנו פה 6 לילות. זה רזורט קטן עם המון טבע מסביב יש רקונים ואיגואנות שמסתובבים חופשי ונותנים אווירת ג'ונגל. חוף ים מדהים מול המלון והאוכל במסעדה ברמה מאוד גבוהה. הארוחות בוקר שכלולות במחיר מאוד מפנקות. יש פה שקיעות מטורפות הבריכה נקייה ומזמינה. ויש פה הקפדה על כל הפרטים הקטנים. הייתה לנו פה לוויה מדהימה!
