Excellent location in the night market but away from the noise. Very friendly host and staff. super clean and comfortable. Breakfast provided fruit eggs french loaf and coffee. They gave us a room on the top floor with a balcony facing the river

i didn’t like the 6 flights of steps to the top floor where our room was.

Very clean, spacious and beautiful rooms just next to the night market - can be loud in the evenings, even though it's in a side alley.

Room-wise it was a good experience but with some severe service no-gos: 'Breakfast included' is wrong, as we were told when arriving. Due to the new year holidays, they don't offer breakfast. We asked for 'at least a coffee to start the day right' and receiving it, unfortunately it was so watered down that it tasted like sock water. When we extended our stay due to change of plans, the owner asked us to pay an extra fee on top of the room price, due to the holidays (which is normal in VN) but her argument was 'to pay the housekeepers who get additional money for the holidays, I won't see a penny of this'. So we paid more and eventually found out that there was no housekeeping at all during our extended stay - as the lady was on holidays - so the argument was a flat lie, which felt very nasty. Maybe outside of the holidays, they behave differently, but it left a mark on us.

The host was very friendly and super helpful. She took care of booking our taxi to and from as well as renting us a motorbike for our stay. The place is clean, the bed comfortable and you couldn’t ask for a better location. Just off the night market street but still quiet in the evenings.

No complaints, this was perfect

Frankly, we didnt realize it was a homestay until we checked in. We thought it was a hotel. Anyway, the property was clean and cozy. Good location and just next to night market. A very convenient place.

The rooms are exactly as advertised and have all these small touches by the owner that puts a smile on your face. The location is good and within walking distance to the shopping and sights.

Great location! Night Market is just at the top of the road (but not noisy). 10 minute walk in to town. Helpful staff. All the facilities you could need in your room.

Breakfast was pretty basic.
