The owner was friendly and helpful, she had 2 bicycles delivered for us. Location was great, good breakfast included.

I thought our balcony was larger to sit outside to have coffee but couldn’t fit 1 person but honestly it was too hot outside to sit anyways so didn’t matter.

Wonderful staff, great location, extremely happy with stay! I highly recommend; and hope to return!...

It was in a great location right near the river and all the cafes/restaurants. The staff were so helpful and accommodating, anything you needed you could ask and they went above and beyond! The place was clean and had everything you would need. We had a fantastic stay!!

Location was perfect. The night market and center of tourist activities is a block away, but the hotel was far enough away that it was perfectly quiet even with the huge crowds and hustle and bustle of the night market. The room we were in had view of the river and wonderful balcony for coffee in the morning.

Huong was very helpful with suggestions, booking transport to the airport, and providing insight to Hội An. We were able to add another night easily. The location was great. A bit off the main road so it was quiet but easily walkable.

The shower and toilet are all together in the same room, which is typical. Plan accordingly in the evenings.

Nice view of the river from our room on the 4th floor with balcony and chairs. The area was quiet at night for sleeping but close to everything to make easy walking access to everything in old town. Night market and restaurants are an easy walk. Room was very clean and air-conditioning worked well. A nice breakfast and all the family and staff were very friendly and welcoming. A very comfortable stay for 4 nights.

Wifi was weak on the 4th floor but we were able to have a strong connection downstairs in the reception area to stream our football game.

Location is perfect, all the action and night market of Hoi An is steps away yet we found it totally quiet. Our room had a wonderful view of the river and nice little balcony perfect for coffee in the morning. Staff very friendly.

The bathroom was a little small - so you'd want to move some of your toiletries out when having a shower so they didn't get wet.

Although is a homestay, it is beyond our expectation. The building is clean, new. The rooms are furnish with parquet flooring. The homestay plants a lot of beautiful flowers around the compound, IT looks more attactive to the guests. The staff are so friendly anfd helpful. The homestay is 10 minutes walk to the ancient town of Hui An, it is so convenience that allow us to visit the ancient town multiple time during our 3 nights stay. Happy to mention that my girl left her water container in the room and she only realized when we were in Da Nang. The Lady owner took the trouble and arranged a car to return the container to our hotel in Da Nang. We are so touch by her kindness.

Maybe this is a homestay, we have a little uneasy relating the room soundproof. On the other hand, they served exactly the same kind of western breakfast for 3 days which is difficult for us to accept.
