Great host and amazing location!

Great location to night market (although the night market is a 30min walk with all the same type of stuff) also close to hoi an old city which was great. Host is knowledgeable and tried to be helpful even though the property wasn’t really ready to accept tourists.

No external windows or ventilation in our room. Breakfast was supposed to be included but wasn’t due to massive renovations happening at the property while we were there - Jack hammering at 7am…. Host tried to sting us for an additional 100k despite no breakfast for both days due to taxi driver waiting for a flight of ours (flight number was provided). Over all we stayed at better places and glad this was just 2 nights.

Close to walk to the centre. Room has everything what u need. Good looking & smells too and equipment. Really satisfied

Stayed here for one night. Tired and in bed by 10pm, but the couple who lives at this homestay was arguing very loudly late at night for almost an hour, yelling at the top of their lungs and cursing at one another. We stayed on the third floor but we could still hear everything they were saying. They did not even try to stay quiet. We even heard someone walk upstairs to our floor a few times while they were yelling and we were afraid they would bother us. This made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe and it resulted in a poor night's sleep. We left extremely early the next morning because we did not feel safe there. This stay was not worth the amount that we were charged. It was extremely expensive and even though I provided my credit card information during my booking, they still made us pay that full amount in cash the day of. The full amount includes the credit card service charge and we were expected to pay that amount in cash even though our card was not charged. Because we paid in cash, we should not have been charged the credit card service charge, but they charged us any way. The host was quick to take our money the day we checked in but was not very friendly or welcoming. I wish we booked somewhere else.

Really good location - can walk everywhere. The staff are all very friendly and helpful when booking trips, bike rental, recommendations, tailors, etc. Huang is great!

You are charged for the daily water bottles in your room at the end of your stay. It’s not expensive but just didn’t realise. Not an issue.

Loved the cleanliness and central location of this property. The room was lovely and had everything you would need. The owners of this property were so lovely and helpful. Would recommend.
