The location is very good The house is beautiful and the bath is really nice

A few issues: 1. We were asked to pay extra for 2 more mattress although we originally paid for 8 people. 2. There was no sink in the kitchen to wash the dishes. 3. The water tank was finished frequently and wasn’t filled. 4. The communication with the owner isn’t comfortable. 5. Couldn’t open the windows for some air to get in

"Wonderful Gem in little Kyoto!"

I really liked the location being so near Sanjo and Gion-Shijo and was really close to the Kamo River for walks.

The only main drawback was that the accommodation does not allow for bag storage (but we already knew before we booked)

"Amazing place"

An amazing experience given the apartment had a private onsen, but the multiple rooms were amazing along with a decent sized fridge free washing machine and coffee machine. Everything about the room was just amazing though next time I’ll bring friends to share all the space with seeing as it holds up to 8 people it would be the perfect headquarters for a longer trip

Amazing location and space. Very comfortable and clean. The onsen was wonderful! Absolutely perfect for our trip. If we come back to Kyoto, we will definitely book here again.

Modern, spacious, well located apartment with excellent security. Private onsen was great and we really appreciated Yoske coming over to orientate us to the property - such a great guy!

Needs a kitchen badly - washing dishes in the bathroom wasn’t very easy especially because the sinks drain very slowly. Apartment could benefit from more ambient light as feels quite dark with those permanently closed blinds in the living room.
